Chemical Cleaning
HydraTech has developed a unique in-house process for the chemical cleaning of pipework systems, in which all of the above problems are addressed and fixed.
The process utilizes a suite of chemicals which are less hazardous and more environmentally friendly. HydraTech will assemble a cleaning "spread" including pumping units, temporary hoses and pipework, heating coils exchangers, circulating tanks and analytical/control equipment.
We are capable of cleaning carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum. Our highly skilled engineers define method of statement ensuring it will successfully remove the fouling without negatively affecting the process equipment.
We offer the following treatments:
Degreasing treatment for removing hydrocarbon sludge, or oily residues.
Acid treatment for removing mill scale build up.
Passivation to protect surface layer from oxidation.
Pickling/passivation surface treatment for stainless steel.
