HydraTech build chemical flushing rigs in accordance with international standards. We manufacture chemical flushing unit ranges from 250 LPM to 10000 LPM. Our Low Flow & Medium flow chemical flushing rigs are inbuilt with SS Tanks, heater, filtration systems as per customer requirement. High flow chemical flushing rigs are usually designed without tank, heaters & filtration system to keep the unit simple and easily transportable. We supply separate filter skids and tanks with inbuilt heaters as optional with high flow chemical flushing rigs. Flow, Pressure & Drive is always customer choice. Our engineering team choose chemical pumps based on type of chemical, chemical concentration, flow & Head. the complete assembly is mounted on mild steel skid. The common application of chemical flushing unit is for pipeline cleaning process.
